Delivery

I have a scheduled delivery coming up, will it be delivered as planned?

Yes, your planned delivery date remains unchanged. Expect to receive a first reminder email and/or text message 72 hours prior to delivery and a delivery time window confirmation between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm the day before your delivery.

I haven’t booked my delivery date yet, how to proceed?

You can always book your delivery date online. If your order is already in stock, you can book your delivery date by clicking here. If your order is not yet in stock, we will notify you when it becomes available. Our email and/or text message notification will include a link to book your delivery date online.

My order was only partially delivered, how do I get the remaining items delivered?

No action is required on your part. We will notify you when your remaining items become available. Our email and/or text message notification will include a link to book your delivery date online.

I was supposed to pick up my order in store, is it still possible?

Yes, in-store pickup is still possible. Please refer to the procedure and conditions agreed upon at the time of your purchase.

Can my old invoice numbers be used as guest login credential to view my online client account and order status online?

Yes, your full customer record and order history are now in the Tanguay system. You can use any of your old invoice numbers in conjunction with your current account number to verify order status, view purchase history, make service calls, and manage your upcoming order deliveries.

I have placed a special order 3 months ago, does the estimated order arrival time remain the same?

Yes, all estimated order arrival times remain unchanged. We will promptly notify you when your special order becomes available and ready for delivery.

I have a service case pending at one of your former brands, is my service case still open and in progress?

Yes, your service case remains open, in progress, and keeps the same reference number. We will keep you updated with relevant information as it becomes available.

Will you honor any product warranty and/or service plan purchased from one of your former brands?

Yes, Tanguay will honor all product warranties and service plans in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of purchase.

I purchased an extended warranty from one of your former brands, do I need to do anything to keep my warranty valid?

No, Tanguay will systematically honor all extended warranties and service plans in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of purchase. No action is required on your part.

How do I get help and support for a defective product purchased from one of your former brands?

You can make a service request and open a support case directly online by signing in to your client account and navigating to the Online Service Request section.

I ordered a replacement part from one of your former brands, will my order be processed as expected?

Yes, your part order is still being processed and we will promptly inform you when your replacement part becomes available. No action is required on your part

Payment and Financing

Where do I pay my remaining invoice balance before delivery?

You can pay any invoice balance due directly online by signing in to your client account and navigating to the Online Balance Payment section. Alternatively, you can make your payment at any physical Tanguay store near you or pay by bank transfer.

How does paying my invoice balance by bank transfer work?

If you choose to pay a remaining invoice balance by bank transfer, the Tanguay account will receive and process your payment, regardless of which of our former or current brands the invoice is from.

Is my account balance or credit automatically transferred to my Tanguay client account?
Yes, all our former brands’ systems have always been seamlessly integrated with Tanguay’s system. Your full customer record and order history, including any account balance or credit, are securely stored in the Tanguay system.
Can my Fairstone credit limit be used to shop at Tanguay?

Yes, your Fairstone credit limit can be used to shop at Tanguay, regardless of which of our former or current brands it was originally issued for.

Can I keep making my Fairstone payments the same way as before?

Yes, everything stays the same with regard to making your Fairstone payments, regardless of which of our former or current brands your credit was issued for. All Fairstone loan payments are made directly to Fairstone.

I paid an upfront deposit to secure backordered items, do you still have my deposit and order on file?

Yes, Tanguay has both your deposit and order details on file. We will promptly inform you when your order becomes available for delivery or pickup.

I have gift certificates and/or gift cards purchased from one of your former brands, can they be used to shop at Tanguay?

Yes, any gift certificate or gift card purchased from any of our former brands can be used to shop here at Tanguay.
